💰 Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000/month (Based on Interview Performance)
📌 Job Description: Medical Coder (UAE eClaims Specialist)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assign ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes from clinical documentation.
✔ Learn and apply UAE-specific coding standards (DOH / DHA / MOH eClaims).
✔ Assist in claim preparation & submission via UAE eClaim portals.
✔ Help manage claim denials, rejections, and resubmissions.
✔ Ensure data accuracy in EHR and insurance systems.
✔ Collaborate with senior coders to maintain compliance & accuracy.
✔ Follow all UAE insurance and coding guidelines.
👨⚕ Who Can Apply?
✅ Medico & Non-Medico graduates with basic UAE coding knowledge.
✅ Certification: CPC / CCA / CCS (completed or pursuing – mandatory).
✅ Bachelor’s degree in any field.
✅ Strong attention to detail & English communication skills.
✅ Willingness to learn UAE healthcare billing standards.
🎓 Training & Evaluation
- 2 Months Training (Led by senior UAE-trained coders).
- Mandatory evaluation post-training for job continuation.
