Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Prepare regulatory and clinical medical writing documents.
- Draft study protocols, protocol summaries, investigator brochures, informed consent forms, patient questionnaires, and other clinical documentation.
- Write and edit complex scientific documents, including clinical narratives and IND-related documents.
- Ensure documents comply with company SOPs, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review clinical documents to identify confidential or personal information requiring redaction.
- Apply approved disclosure and redaction strategies while maintaining consistency.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, consistency, grammar, formatting, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with data management, biostatistics, statistical programming, project management, and other cross-functional teams.
- Review statistical analysis plans and table/figure/listing specifications.
- Stay updated with current industry regulations, medical writing practices, and international guidelines.
- Support Medical Advisors, Medical Monitors, and other Medical Affairs teams whenever required.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
Experience Required
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Medical Writing are preferred.
- Relevant experience in clinical or regulatory medical writing will be considered an advantage.
Required Skills
