1. Medical Affairs Operations Coordinator
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Medical Affairs teams
- Coordinate project timelines, trackers, and operational dashboards
- Assist in workforce planning and resource forecasting
- Organize project kick-off meetings and client communications
- Maintain SOPs, operational documentation, and training materials
- Create presentations and reports for leadership
- Support audits and documentation management
- Improve workflows and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional Medical Affairs teams
- Maintain project records and operational data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine
- Management qualification or formal training preferred
- Experience in Medical Affairs Operations, Project Coordination, or Project Management
- Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Project, Visio or Miro
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced healthcare or management degree
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Affairs Excellence or Operations experience in the pharmaceutical industry
2. Expert Writer โ Medical Content Development
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Medical Affairs and Medical Information content
- Prepare Scientific Response Documents (SRDs)
- Write FAQs, slide decks, abstracts, posters, and educational materials
- Support Medical Communications and Scientific Communications projects
- Participate in Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) reviews
- Manage documents using Veeva Vault PromoMats/MedComms
- Conduct literature searches using PubMed, Embase, Ovid
- Support publications, congress presentations, newsletters, and blogs
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to SOP development
- Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
- PharmD, M.Pharm, M.S. Pharm, PhD, or MD
- Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical medical writing experience
- Experience in Medical Information, Medical Communications, or Scientific Communications
- Strong understanding of AMA Style, ICMJE, GPP, CONSORT, PRISMA, and STROBE guidelines
- Experience with EndNote, Mendeley, or other citation software
- Knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats or MedComms
- Strong literature review and scientific writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting product launches
- Publication experience (posters, manuscripts, abstracts)
- Experience across multiple therapeutic areas
