Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the global inbox for medical information queries.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical information, adverse events, product quality complaints, and general inquiries.
  • Perform data entry and triaging of adverse event reports, product quality complaints, and medical inquiries from physicians, pharmacists, nurses, other HCPs, and consumers/patients.
  • Identify and document adverse events and product complaints accurately during data entry.
  • Write and file comprehensive adverse event and product quality complaint reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, or PharmD.
  • Experience/Training:
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong clinical background.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Language: Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Typing Speed: Above 25 WPM.
  • Shifts: Night shifts (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
