Roles & Responsibilities

Production Operator

• Operate Vial, BFS, PFS, FFS and Isolator filling machines.
• Perform autoclaving, washing and sealing operations.
• Follow aseptic behaviour practices.
• Maintain online documentation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines.

Executive / Sr. Executive

• Monitor Vial, BFS, PFS, FFS and Isolator filling line operations.
• Maintain aseptic practices during manufacturing.
• Complete online documentation accurately.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements.

Apprenticeship

• Support Production and IPQA activities.
• Learn pharmaceutical manufacturing processes under the NAPS apprenticeship program.

Technical Assistant – Visual Inspection

• Perform equipment cleaning procedures.
• Carry out lux verification.
• Complete visual inspection prerequisites.
• Inspect sealed containers according to SOPs.
• Operate Visual Inspection boards as per company procedures.
