Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinate monthly Global Pharmacovigilance compliance reports and KPI tracking.
- Monitor GPV compliance metrics and perform trend analysis.
- Maintain Global Pharmacovigilance procedures and lifecycle documentation.
- Support procedure authoring, review, implementation, and training activities.
- Manage GPV training curricula and employee training assignments.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities related to Pharmacovigilance systems.
- Support local Pharmacovigilance role nominations and quality management activities.
- Coordinate internal and external pharmacovigilance audits.
- Support health authority inspections and inspection readiness.
- Track CAPA implementation and compliance effectiveness.
- Manage Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs) throughout their lifecycle.
- Maintain contractual pharmacovigilance obligations.
- Support preparation and maintenance of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF).
- Coordinate communication with global partners and affiliates.
- Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and regional Pharmacovigilance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and regulatory governance.
Required Qualifications

- Degree or Diploma in:

- Approximately 2โ3 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
