Job Details

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Coordinate monthly Global Pharmacovigilance compliance reports and KPI tracking.
• Monitor GPV compliance metrics and perform trend analysis.
• Maintain Global Pharmacovigilance procedures and lifecycle documentation.
• Support procedure authoring, review, implementation, and training activities.
• Manage GPV training curricula and employee training assignments.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities related to Pharmacovigilance systems.
• Support local Pharmacovigilance role nominations and quality management activities.
• Coordinate internal and external pharmacovigilance audits.
• Support health authority inspections and inspection readiness.
• Track CAPA implementation and compliance effectiveness.
• Manage Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs) throughout their lifecycle.
• Maintain contractual pharmacovigilance obligations.
• Support preparation and maintenance of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF).
• Coordinate communication with global partners and affiliates.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and regional Pharmacovigilance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and regulatory governance.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Degree or Diploma in:
  • Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
  • Veterinary Science
  • Life Sciences
  • Related Healthcare Discipline
• Approximately 2–3 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of compliance and quality systems.
