Evolet Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA) Executive / Senior Executive at its Gurugram location. This opportunity is ideal for regulatory professionals with 2โ€“6 years of experience in CTD/ACTD dossier preparation, ICH guidelines, and global regulatory submissions across CIS, ASEAN, LATAM, and African markets.

Key Responsibilities โ€“ DRA Executive / Sr Executive

  • Handle routine Drug Regulatory Affairs (DRA) activities
  • Prepare and submit CTD & ACTD dossiers for fresh registrations and re-registrations
  • Manage product life cycle management (PLCM) activities
  • Respond to MOH (Ministry of Health) queries within defined timelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams and partner manufacturing plants
  • Oversee the entire registration process from initiation to approval
  • Work on region-specific regulatory requirements
  • Support submissions in CIS, ASEAN, LATAM, and African markets
  • Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines and GMP practices
  • Provide regulatory training to team members when required
  • Travel to manufacturing sites for regulatory coordination, as needed

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 2โ€“6 years in Drug Regulatory Affairs
  • Dossier Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with CTD/ACTD formats
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ICH guidelines
  • Education:
    • UG: B.Pharm (Any specialization)
    • PG: M.Pharm (Any specialization)

  • Strong exposure to global Drug Regulatory Affairs
  • Excellent analytical and documentation skills
  • Knowledge of GMP practices
  • Logical interpretation of regulatory data
  • Ability to handle multiple submissions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proactive, systematic, and detail-oriented approach
