- Aseptic vial filling, cartridge filling, lyophilizer operations
- Handling isolators, vial washing, autoclave
- Exposure to QMS (investigations, deviations, change control)
Engineering – Utilities
- HVAC, purified water, WFI, clean steam systems
- Experience in compressors, chillers, boilers, DG sets
- Electrical systems (33kv license preferred)
Engineering – Process & Instrumentation
- PLC/SCADA and automation systems
- Maintenance of injectable equipment like BFS, lyophilizers, autoclaves
Production Compounding
- Injectable compounding with CIP/SIP systems
- Filtration, solution preparation, equipment cleaning
- GMP documentation handling
Packing
- Injectable packaging and visual inspection
- Labeling, serialization, track & trace
- Leak detection and secondary packing
Quality Control (Chemical)
- Hands-on experience in HPLC, GC, KF, IR, UV
- Stability studies and cGMP/GDP compliance
Qualifications (Validation)
- Equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Experience in sterile systems and validation protocols
SME Roles (Specialized)
- Expertise in vial filling, lyophilizer, cartridge, BFS
- Experience in installation, commissioning, and qualifications

- Execute manufacturing and engineering operations as per GMP standards
