Roles & Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards during manufacturing and packing processes. Key duties include:

- Perform IPQC operations as per BMR/BPR requirements
- Ensure proper line clearance at different stages of production and packing
- Coordinate with area in-charges to maintain housekeeping as per cGMP guidelines
- Verify reconciliation of materials and products according to BMR/BPR
- Prevent cross-contamination and mix-ups during manufacturing and storage
- Ensure strict adherence to gowning procedures and cGMP policies
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
- B. Pharma or M. Pharm from a recognized institute
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines
- Good attention to detail with compliance focus
- Effective coordination and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in IPQA activities
