๐ Key Responsibilities (ICSR & Pharmacovigilance)
- Perform triage and prioritization of ICSRs (Individual Case Safety Reports)
- Handle full case processing of spontaneous and solicited ICSRs within timelines
- Conduct medical review and company causality assessment
- Execute MedDRA coding for adverse events, drugs, and medical history
- Perform case validation, verification, and finalization
- Manage follow-ups, queries, and case amendments
- Support data cleanup, reconciliation, and database migration activities
- Contribute to SOP and Work Instruction updates
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations
๐ Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Nursing / Related Field
- Minimum 2 years experience in ICSR case processing
- Knowledge of drug safety databases (Argus, ArisG, etc.) preferred
- Strong understanding of MedDRA coding conventions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Good communication skills in English
