Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Control Duties
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality protocols
- Conduct routine inspections and quality checks during production
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to QA/QC activities
- Identify deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure consistent product quality
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards
Required Qualifications
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in biscuit or bakery manufacturing
- Strong understanding of food safety standards like FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP
- Good analytical and documentation skills
Additional Preferences
- Candidates residing in Roorkee or nearby areas will be preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
