Roles & Responsibilities
Production & Sterile Operations
- Aseptic filling operations for vial and ophthalmic products
- Operation of autoclaves, vial washing machines, and depyrogenation tunnels
- Ensuring compliance with USFDA sterile manufacturing standards
Engineering Roles
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of sterile equipment
- Handling utilities like chillers, compressors, water systems
- Ensuring electrical and mechanical compliance
Quality Control & Microbiology
- Sterility testing, environmental monitoring (EM), BET testing
- HPLC, GC, FTIR, and analytical testing
- Raw material sampling and finished product analysis
- Documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Technology Transfer
- Handling scale-up and technology transfer processes
- Expertise in sterile manufacturing systems like vials, PFS, lyophilizers
Required Qualifications
- Production & QC Roles: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc / ITI / Diploma
- Engineering Roles: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Microbiology: M.Sc (Microbiology)
Experience Required
- Production: 4 to 10 years
- Engineering: 2 to 8 years
- Technology Transfer: 8 to 12 years
- Quality Control: 2 to 12 years
