Roles & Responsibilities

Production & Sterile Operations

• Aseptic filling operations for vial and ophthalmic products
• Operation of autoclaves, vial washing machines, and depyrogenation tunnels
• Ensuring compliance with USFDA sterile manufacturing standards

Engineering Roles

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of sterile equipment
• Handling utilities like chillers, compressors, water systems
• Ensuring electrical and mechanical compliance

Quality Control & Microbiology

• Sterility testing, environmental monitoring (EM), BET testing
• HPLC, GC, FTIR, and analytical testing
• Raw material sampling and finished product analysis
• Documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

Technology Transfer

• Handling scale-up and technology transfer processes
• Expertise in sterile manufacturing systems like vials, PFS, lyophilizers

Required Qualifications

• Production & QC Roles: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc / ITI / Diploma
• Engineering Roles: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
• Microbiology: M.Sc (Microbiology)

Experience Required

• Production: 4 to 10 years
• Engineering: 2 to 8 years
• Technology Transfer: 8 to 12 years
• Quality Control: 2 to 12 years
