Eligibility Criteria and Positions

1. Project Scientist-II

• Qualification: Doctoral Degree in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics + 5 years of experience.
• Desirable: Bioinformatics expertise in genome-wide expression and pathway elucidation for secondary plant products.
• Stipend: ₹67,000 + HRA
• Age Limit: 40 years

2. Project Associate-I/II

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Botany/Biochemistry/Biotechnology.
• Desirable: Molecular biology experience (e.g., DNA/RNA isolation, cloning, PCR).
• Stipend: ₹31,000 + HRA (NET/GATE qualified); ₹25,000 + HRA (non-NET/GATE).
• Age Limit: 35 years

3. Senior Project Associate

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Botany/Biochemistry/Biotechnology + 3 years of relevant R&D experience.
• Desirable: Expertise in molecular biology, microscopy, and western blot analysis.
• Stipend: ₹42,000 + HRA
• Age Limit: 40 years

4. Project-JRF

• Qualification: M.Sc. in Environmental Science/Microbiology/Botany (NET-qualified).
• Desirable: Pesticide residue analysis knowledge.
• Stipend: ₹37,000 + HRA
• Age Limit: 32 years

5. Field Work and Other Specializations

Various positions are available for those with specific expertise in Environmental Science, Agronomy, Drone Technology, Chemistry, Physics, and Renewable Energy.

• Stipend: ₹20,000–₹31,000 + HRA depending on qualification and role.
• Age Limit: 35–40 years (depending on the role).

Important Notes

1. Engagement is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
2. Candidates must bring original certificates, a recent passport-sized photo, and a set of self-attested photocopies of all certificates at the time of the interview.
3. The upper age limit is relaxable as per Government of India rules.
