Key Responsibilities (F&D Fresher Role)
As a Formulation & Development fresher, you will:
- Assist in pre-formulation studies and compatibility testing of APIs and excipients
- Support formulation development trials for liquid dosage forms
- Operate lab equipment such as granulators, blenders, and mixers
- Participate in scale-up, process optimization, and technology transfer
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and lab documentation
- Conduct stability studies as per ICH guidelines
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices)
- Collaborate with analytical, regulatory, and production teams
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
