๐ Job Overview โ Clinical Data Specialist
As a Clinical Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance in clinical trials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the Data Management Lead in delivering high-quality clinical data within project timelines.
This role is ideal for candidates experienced in:
- Clinical data review & query management
- eCRF and database validation
- Clinical trial data reconciliation
๐งช Key Responsibilities
- Perform clinical data review and generate/resolve queries
- Ensure compliance with GCP guidelines, SOPs, and protocols
- Assist in Data Management Plan (DMP) development
- Execute data listings, reconciliation reports, and discrepancy checks
- Collaborate with project teams for study setup and database management
- Review edit check specifications and database designs
- Support database lock/unlock activities
- Maintain documentation including eTMF updates
- Generate reports for sponsor meetings and study tracking
- Assist in testing systems using dummy data and SAS reports
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
๐ Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, IT, or related field
- Certification in allied health professions (preferred)
- Strong understanding of clinical research and data management processes
