Key Responsibilities:
โ Perform HCC coding and medical record abstraction with high accuracy.
โ Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, coding clinic determinations, and HIPAA regulations.
โ Validate HCC-mapped diagnoses to maximize revenue generation.
โ Maintain 95%+ coding accuracy while meeting productivity standards.
โ Analyze medical records to extract and validate diagnoses.
โ Identify and report trends in coding/documentation errors.
โ Provide coaching and support to peers with strong verbal/written communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria for HCC Medical Coders

Education: Any Graduate
