Job Responsibilities
1. Chemist:
- Perform organic synthesis and develop new chemical entities.
- Conduct experiments and analyze results using advanced laboratory techniques.
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate documentation of experiments.
2. Senior Chemist:
- Design and optimize synthetic routes for complex molecules.
- Mentor junior team members in experimental procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols in the laboratory.
3. Lead Associate:

Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:

Essential Skills
- Proficiency in organic synthesis and analytical techniques like NMR, HPLC, and GC-MS.
