Job Description
As a Project Coordinator at Clario, you will play a key role in supporting the project management team throughout the study lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of study management.
- Managing database setup, study documentation development, and equipment distribution/tracking.
- Creating and distributing reports, and archiving study documentation.
- Coordinating Project Assurance meetings and compiling meeting minutes and action items.
- Supporting financial components of study management, including invoice reconciliations and scope change documentation.
- Facilitating issue management by documenting and tracking progress to ensure timely resolution of customer escalations.
What We Look For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical field or a related industry.
- Knowledge of the drug development process.
- Experience or knowledge of supply chain and logistics (a plus).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
