Job Description
Position: Project Coordinator – Cardiac Safety
Location: Bangalore, India
Time Type: Full-time
Shift Pattern: Subject to European and US working hours; hybrid working arrangement from our Bangalore office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Project Coordinator in the Cardiac Safety team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Project Management personnel throughout the study lifecycle. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Study Management Support:
- Assisting with the Planning, Setup, Monitoring, and Closeout phases.
- Database setup and development of study documentation.
- Managing equipment distribution and tracking.
- Creation and distribution of reports.
- Archiving study documentation.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Organizing Project Assurance meetings and compiling meeting minutes and action items.
- Financial Support:
- Assisting with documentation/database updates due to scope changes.
- Following up on invoice reconciliations.
- Preparing reports to support study forecasting activities.
- Issue Management:
- Documenting and tracking issues to ensure timely resolution to customer escalations.
What We Look For:
To succeed in this role, we require:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service and 1-2 years in the pharmaceutical field or a related industry.
- Skills:
- Knowledge of the drug development process.
- Familiarity with supply chain and logistics is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and responsive to inquiries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
