Cadila Pharmaceuticals is seeking qualified candidates for two vital roles:
1. Retail Field Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Chemist Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with chemists and general practitioner (GP) doctors within your assigned territory. This includes regular visits, effective communication, and understanding their specific needs.
- Strategic Route Planning & Geo-tagging: Optimize your daily route to maximize efficiency and coverage, utilizing geo-tagging technology to accurately track your progress and ensure thorough market penetration.
- Enhancing Product Visibility: Implement strategies to increase the visibility of Cadila Pharmaceuticals products within chemist shops, ensuring optimal shelf placement and promotional materials.
- Trade Activations & Relationship Building: Execute various trade activations and promotional activities to drive sales and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail landscape. This includes participating in retail meets and networking events.
- Doctor Outreach & Product Promotion: Participate in doctor OPD camps and other outreach initiatives to effectively promote Cadila Pharmaceuticals products to healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Freshers and Experienced Candidates Welcome: We encourage applications from both fresher candidates (undergraduates are preferred) and those with prior experience in the OTC pharmaceutical sector (minimum 6 months).
- Market Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local and outstation markets and distributors.

2. Medical Representative – Field Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting Cadila Pharmaceuticals Portfolio: Effectively promote Cadila Pharmaceuticals’ diverse product portfolio to healthcare professionals and institutions, highlighting key product benefits and addressing customer needs.
- Building Strong Relationships: Develop and nurture robust relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key opinion leaders within your assigned territory to build trust and enhance brand loyalty.
- Achieving Sales Targets & Market Growth: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing significantly to market growth and expansion within your designated region.
- Providing Product Information & Education: Provide accurate and comprehensive product information and educational materials to healthcare providers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to effectively prescribe and recommend our products.
Requirements:
- Science Background Preferred: Freshers with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology or a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) are strongly preferred.
- Experience in Pharma Sales (Optional): Experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months in pharmaceutical sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.
