Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Writer โ Publications, you will:
- Write, edit, proofread, and data-check scientific documents.
- Develop manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks, and congress materials.
- Create medical education content for healthcare professionals.
- Prepare literature reviews and scientific summaries.
- Develop medical information letters and HCP engagement materials.
- Support publication planning and scientific communication projects.
- Collaborate with international pharmaceutical clients and key opinion leaders.
- Ensure documents comply with client SOPs, publication guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to digital medical communication initiatives including infographics, interactive content, and publication extenders.
- Participate in client meetings, scientific discussions, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Stay updated with advances in therapeutic areas and medical communication practices.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to improve scientific writing and workflow efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- PharmD with strong clinical research and medical communication knowledge
- PhD in Life Sciences
- PhD or MD (Pharmacology)
Candidates should also have:
- 2โ4 years of publications experience in a pharmaceutical company or medical communications agency
- Excellent scientific writing skills
- Strong literature review and critical appraisal abilities
- Knowledge of publication guidelines
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Basic understanding of biostatistics
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
