Roles & Responsibilities
Production
- Operate and monitor API manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain batch records and documentation.
- Follow GMP and safety guidelines.
- Support calibration and preventive maintenance activities.
Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
- Develop and optimize analytical methods.
- Perform HPLC method development and validation.
- Prepare analytical protocols and reports.
- Conduct impurity profiling and stability studies.
- Prepare regulatory documentation.
Technical Services Department (TSD)
- Provide process troubleshooting and technical support.
- Handle technology transfer activities.
- Support process validation and scale-up.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams.
- Prepare technical reports and process documentation.
Quality Control
- Perform analysis of raw materials, intermediates and finished products.
- Operate HPLC, GC and other analytical instruments.
- Conduct method validation and verification.
- Review analytical data and laboratory records.
