Key Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will play a vital role in our vaccine production process. Key responsibilities include:
- Aseptic Processing: Performing aseptic filling operations for vials, pre-filled syringes (PFS), and other delivery systems (BFS/FFS). This requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to stringent aseptic techniques.
- Formulation Expertise: Preparing bulk solutions according to precise batch manufacturing records (BMRs). This involves accurate measurements, mixing, and handling of pharmaceutical components.
- Equipment Operation: Operating and maintaining various pharmaceutical equipment, including vial washers, vial filling machines, and autoclaves. This requires a strong understanding of equipment functionality and troubleshooting skills.
- GMP and Documentation: Maintaining meticulous GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) documentation, including batch records and logbooks. Adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) is paramount.
- Cleanroom Maintenance: Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and safe cleanroom environment through sanitization and adherence to safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the entire production process.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Required Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidates will possess:
- Proven Experience: 2-10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, specifically in formulation and filling operations. Experience with aseptic processing is highly desirable.
- GMP Expertise: A thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and cleanroom behavior is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and maintaining pharmaceutical equipment.
- Documentation Skills: Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills are crucial for compliance with GMP regulations.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
