For Senior Executive โ Regulatory Affairs
- Perform CMC review of CTD/ACTD dossiers, SmPC, PIL, and labeling documents
- Handle dossier preparation, gap analysis, and adequacy review
- Manage Health Authority (HA) queries, deficiencies, and submissions
- Participate in pre-submission meetings and regulatory coordination
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory guidelines and documentation standards
For Trainee Intern โ Regulatory Affairs
- Coordinate with internal teams for document review and submissions
- Maintain SOP compliance and document management systems
- Track project updates and submission timelines
- Assist in document translation and finalization
- Learn regulatory guidelines, submission standards, and industry practices
- Ensure accurate internal record maintenance

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (mandatory for both roles)
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Affairs processes
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with CTD dossier preparation (for experienced candidates)
