Key Responsibilities

As an Associate – Product Intelligence Support, you will work closely with regulatory and product intelligence teams to ensure timely and accurate customer support.

Major responsibilities include:

• Support customer queries related to regulatory documentation and product information.
• Retrieve, validate, and compile compliance declarations and technical documents.
• Maintain product documentation and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Identify missing or outdated regulatory documents and coordinate with suppliers.
• Maintain structured documentation, trackers, and records.
• Collaborate with internal global teams for query resolution.
• Perform quality checks on documentation before submission.
• Assist in improving Product Intelligence processes and documentation workflows.
• Escalate unresolved issues through defined governance processes.
