• Executive – Engineering (Packing Maintenance)
• Executive – Quality Control (Finished Product Analysis)
• Technical Assistant – Production (OSD)
Roles and Responsibilities
Engineering – Packing Maintenance (Executive)
• Handle breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance activities
• Maintain bulk packing, blister packing and dry syrup powder filling machines
• Ensure smooth operation of packing line equipment
• Work with inspection and automation systems such as Jekson vision systems
• Maintain equipment performance and reduce downtime
Quality Control – Finished Product Analysis (Executive)
• Perform finished product analysis using analytical techniques
• Operate and maintain instruments such as HPLC
• Work with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of analysis results
Production – OSD (Technical Assistant)
• Handle coating and compression processes in OSD manufacturing
• Operate and monitor equipment like FETTE and GLATT coating machines
• Troubleshoot production issues during manufacturing
• Follow GMP guidelines and ensure production quality
• Maintain production records and batch documentation
Required Qualifications
Candidates applying for these roles must have the following qualifications:
Engineering Executive
• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Quality Control Executive
• B.Pharmacy or M.Sc
Production Technical Assistant
• ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc
Experience Required
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing
