Training Programs Offered

1. Auro Royal Program (ARP):
   • Focus: Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Analytical R&D (ARD), Formulation Analytical R&D (FARD), and Stability functions.
   • Target Audience: M.Sc. and B.Pharma graduates.
   • Sectors: Formulation and API verticals.
2. Auro Loyal Program (ALP):
   • Focus: Production and Packaging for Formulation verticals.
   • Target Audience: Diploma and ITI holders.

Responsibilities During Training

• For ARP Participants:
  • Hands-on experience in QC/QA processes.
  • Exposure to analytical techniques and research methodologies.
  • Stability testing and related documentation.
• For ALP Participants:
  • Skill development in manufacturing and packaging operations.
  • Practical understanding of production workflows.

Eligibility Criteria

Auro Royal Program (ARP):

• Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Sc. (Analytical, Organic, or Inorganic Chemistry).
• Year of Passing: 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024.
• Study Stipend: Rs. 15,000 per month.
• Program Duration: 4 months.

Auro Loyal Program (ALP):

• Qualification: B.Sc. / Diploma / ITI.
• Year of Passing: 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024.
• Study Stipend: Rs. 8,000 (B.Sc.) / Rs. 5,000 (Diploma & ITI) per month.
• Program Duration: 3 months.
