Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be entrusted with a variety of critical tasks that contribute to the overall quality and safety of our products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Microbiological Testing:
- Conduct microbiological analyses on raw materials, in-process components, and finished pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
- Utilize various microbial analysis techniques, including:
- Plate count
- Sterility testing
- Endotoxin testing
- Microbial identification
- Environmental Monitoring:
- Participate in environmental assessments of our manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Regularly monitor and report on microbiological contamination risks within production areas.
- Media Preparation and Sterilization:
- Support the preparation, sterilization, and quality assurance of microbiological media, reagents, and solutions necessary for testing.
- Documentation and Record Maintenance:
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all microbiological tests and laboratory activities, ensuring adherence to GMP and other regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in the meticulous documentation needed for regulatory submissions and audits.
- Stability Studies:
- Aid in conducting stability studies that evaluate product quality over time, contributing to the overall understanding of the products’ shelf life and efficacy.
Stipend
The Microbiologist Trainee position offers a competitive stipend of Rs. 12,000 per month. This role not only provides hands-on experience in a dynamic field but also allows you to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical, fast-paced environment.
