Quality Control Reviewer Position: Details
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced candidates for the following position:
Position: Quality Control Reviewer – API Division
Location: Apitoria Unit 6, Plot No 17, E-Bonangi, JNPC, Parawada, Anakapalli, 531019, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Requirements:
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory setting.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pharmaceutical quality control principles and practices, including:
- Instrumental Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in handling and operating HPLC and GC instruments, including troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience with shift-in-charge responsibilities is essential.
- Software Proficiency: Extensive experience with Empower (Waters) software for HPLC/GC data analysis and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) software is required.
- Data Integrity and Compliance: A thorough understanding of OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and laboratory incident handling procedures is critical. Experience in investigating and resolving deviations is highly valued.
- Documentation and SOPs: Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and adhering to Standard Test Procedures (STPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential.
- Calibration and Maintenance: Experience in scheduling and performing instrument calibrations and preventative maintenance according to established protocols.
