Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Responding to medical information inquiries received from healthcare professionals, consumers, pharmacies, and sales representatives.
  • Investigating, documenting, and maintaining accurate responses in medical information databases.
  • Updating standard response documents, FAQs, and medical information resources.
  • Collecting and documenting adverse event reports received via telephone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Performing initial adverse event assessments according to pharmacovigilance procedures.
  • Conducting comprehensive medical literature searches using databases such as PubMed, OVID, and EMBASE.
  • Maintaining product information databases and client-specific documentation.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and clients to obtain complete medical information.
  • Supporting SOP creation, review, and document management.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with company SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and project requirements.
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned responsibilities when required.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance.
  • Knowledge of adverse event reporting.
  • Familiarity with medical literature databases including PubMed, EMBASE, and OVID.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills.
