Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Responding to medical information inquiries received from healthcare professionals, consumers, pharmacies, and sales representatives.
- Investigating, documenting, and maintaining accurate responses in medical information databases.
- Updating standard response documents, FAQs, and medical information resources.
- Collecting and documenting adverse event reports received via telephone, email, or other communication channels.
- Performing initial adverse event assessments according to pharmacovigilance procedures.
- Conducting comprehensive medical literature searches using databases such as PubMed, OVID, and EMBASE.
- Maintaining product information databases and client-specific documentation.
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients to obtain complete medical information.
- Supporting SOP creation, review, and document management.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reconciliation reports.
- Ensuring compliance with company SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and project requirements.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned responsibilities when required.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance.
- Knowledge of adverse event reporting.
- Familiarity with medical literature databases including PubMed, EMBASE, and OVID.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
