🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate physicochemical analytical methods for biologics
- Perform method development and validation for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
- Conduct batch release testing using advanced analytical techniques
- Work on protein characterization including purity, identity, and structure
- Utilize tools such as:
- SEC-HPLC, RP-HPLC, CEX
- Capillary Electrophoresis (Maurice)
- Glycan analysis (NP-HPLC)
- DLS, DSC, CD spectroscopy, SEC-MALS
- Support biosimilar development projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D and manufacturing
🧪 Required Skills & Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of monoclonal antibodies (mAbs)
- Experience in biosimilar analytical development
- Hands-on exposure to chromatography & spectroscopy techniques
- Knowledge of higher-order structure analysis of proteins
- Familiarity with Mass Spectrometry (preferred)
