As an Analyst at Novartis, you will play a crucial role in supporting engagement leads by delivering complex analytical solutions using multiple datasets. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing analytics support to Novartis internal customers through high-complexity analytical reports.
- Working with multiple datasets such as LAAD, Xponent, SMART, and managing large data sets.
- Identifying patterns and trends in data to transform complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Extracting and transforming data into required formats using SQL, DSS, or other data processing tools.
- Utilizing coding languages like SQL or Python to query and extract data efficiently.
- Supporting the development of APLD analysis and advanced analytics.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key functional stakeholders.
- Driving standardization of reports across different brands to enhance efficiency.
Qualification Requirements
Candidates applying for this position should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Life Sciences, or Management.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in processing and analyzing real-world patient-level data (Claims data/EHR, etc.).
- Expertise in SQL, DataIKU, and other data processing tools.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling or machine learning is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and real-world patient data.
- Excellent conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
