Key Responsibilities

Candidates selected for the Production role will be responsible for:

• Following cGMP and regulatory standards to maintain product quality and efficiency
• Handling batch initiation and production activities in Clean Room / PP Area
• Calibration of balances and critical instruments for accurate measurement
• Reviewing Batch Records (BR), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and validation protocols
• Coordinating with QA, QC, and maintenance teams for smooth operations
• Maintaining cleanroom discipline, gowning procedures, and environmental controls
• Preparing and maintaining accurate production reports and documentation

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• ITI (A.O.C.P Operator) / M.Sc Organic Chemistry / B.Tech Chemical Engineering
• 2 to 7 years of experience in Production within the API industry (PP Area)
• Strong understanding of GMP and cleanroom practices
• Good knowledge of documentation review, troubleshooting, and teamwork
