Key Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Following cGMP guidelines and regulatory standards to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Overseeing batch initiation and monitoring manufacturing processes as per SOPs and specifications.
- Calibrating balances and other critical instruments for accurate measurements and documentation.
- Verifying and reviewing Batch Records (BR), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs and validation protocols.
- Coordinating with QA, QC and maintenance teams for smooth production operations.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate production reports and documentation.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- 2 to 7 years of Production experience in the API pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of GMP practices.
- Experience in documentation review and production troubleshooting.
