Age Criteria: 18 or above
Responsibilities:
- Design, finalize, and propose specifications for KSM, intermediates, and finished APIs as per the developed control strategy.
- Prepare documents for process development reports and technology transfer.
- Develop cost-effective, high-quality processes with minimal environmental impact, following ICH guidelines.
- Conduct feasibility studies to finalize synthesis routes for DMF filing.
- Optimize lab processes with control strategies and perform lab validation.
- Conduct literature surveys, troubleshoot plant and lab scale synthesis issues, and address impurity problems.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry / Ph.D. Chemistry
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in the API industry
- Skills:
- Proficiency in designing and finalizing KSM, intermediate, and finished API specifications.
- Ability to transfer technology to pilot plants and PD labs.
- Experience in preparing process development and technology transfer documents.
- Knowledge of characterization techniques such as NMR, Mass, and IR.
- Expertise in synthesis and development in API R&D.
