Qualifications Required
- Ph.D. in Chemistry or M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- 3-12 years of experience in the API Industry
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct R&D activities for oncology APIs, focusing on lab-to-commercial scale development.
- Develop and optimize synthetic routes for oncology APIs, including cytotoxic and cytostatic compounds, ensuring scalability and cost-efficiency.
- Perform process development and optimization to improve yield, quality, and efficiency.
- Handle and develop high-potency active pharmaceutical ingredients (HPAPIs).
- Prepare and review technical documents for regulatory submissions.
- Gain exposure to scale-up processes, troubleshooting, and containment strategies.
