Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting Amgen’s global complaint management process and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and manage product complaint records
- Review customer feedback records and ensure timely closure
- Handle complaint records with limited information
- Complete complaint assessments according to SOPs
- Maintain quality and accuracy of complaint documentation
- Drive complaint processes as per quality procedures
- Review and approve controlled documents in CDOCS

Required Qualifications
Basic Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2–4 years of experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology
OR
- Master’s Degree with 1–3 years of experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology
Preferred Skills
Candidates having the following skills will have an advantage:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device quality/manufacturing
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
