Job Description: Case Processing Executive (Freshers)
We are hiring freshers with excellent English communication skills for the role of Case Processing Executive. This is a work-from-office opportunity in Pune (Kalyani Nagar) with US shift timings.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Handle phone calls and other communication channels related to health plan benefits, claims, eligibility, billing, and medical procedures.
✔ Conduct outbound and inbound calls to assist customers with healthcare-related queries.
✔ Analyze and resolve customer issues in real-time or through timely follow-ups.
✔ Read, understand, and explain healthcare insurance policies and company procedures.
✔ Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Graduates (completed or awaiting results) can apply.
✅ Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
✅ Willingness to work in US shifts (Night Shift).
✅ Work-from-office only (No remote option).
