📌 Job Description: Accounts Receivable Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing operations and ensure timely invoice processing
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) functions, including payment tracking and reconciliation
- Work with Oracle Financials (preferred but not mandatory)
- Maintain accurate financial records and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with global finance teams to streamline AR processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
🔍 Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (billing experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas)
- Familiarity with Oracle Financials or similar ERP systems (advantageous)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
