Role Overview:
As a Trust & Safety New Associate at Accenture, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and integrity of online platforms. You’ll be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user-generated content, addressing reported issues, and upholding client policies and guidelines. This role involves working with potentially sensitive or objectionable content, requiring resilience and coping skills. - Review, classify, and/or remove content based on client guidelines using specific tools and channels

- Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and suggest solutions for enhanced efficiency
- Participate in continuous training programs and discussions for professional development
- Engage in conversations around socially sensitive topics to ensure community safety
- Actively participate in well-being activities to support individual and collective health
