Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate and manage nasal manufacturing processes with precision and adherence to GMP standards.
- Handle compounding vessels, including preparation, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
- Perform Cleaning in Place (CIP) and Sterilization in Place (SIP) operations effectively.
- Ensure smooth execution of production activities while maintaining process control and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Maintain good communication across shifts and departments for seamless operations.
- Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines during daily tasks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3-6 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with specific exposure to nasal manufacturing processes.
- Educational Background: Preferably Diploma, B.Sc., or B.Pharm in relevant disciplines.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of handling compounding vessels, CIP & SIP systems.
- Other Skills: Excellent process understanding, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
- Preferred: Experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) or similar production environments, though nasal-specific exposure is prioritized.
- Work Mode: On-premise at the Pydibimavaram facility.
