Key Responsibilities – GSK Analyst Role

• Develop and manage Electronic Data Capture (eDC) and ePRO solutions
• Handle vendor data acquisition and integration
• Support automation initiatives and tool development
• Perform:
  • Programming
  • UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Data cleaning & validation
  • Clinical data analysis
• Assist in quality plan creation and study-level implementation
• Maintain accurate documentation in eTMF systems
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards
• Provide reports, insights, and trend analysis
• Collaborate with IT teams, clinical systems, and external vendors
• Participate in process improvement and after-action reviews

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
  • Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
  • Life Sciences / Clinical Research
  • Related healthcare fields
• Understanding of:
  • Clinical trials & data management
  • eDC systems (Medidata, Oracle, etc.)
  • Regulatory guidelines (ICH-GCP)
• Skills:
  • Analytical thinking
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic programming or data tools knowledge (preferred)
• Freshers with relevant training OR experienced candidates can apply
