Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain advanced lab instruments (LC-MS/MS, HPLC, UPLC).
- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for drug/metabolite analysis.
- Ensure accurate sample processing, data recording, and report compilation.
- Maintain compliance with GLP/GCP standards and support regulatory audits.
- Review and approve analytical/validation reports, SOPs, and logbooks.

Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience:
- M.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Pharm/B.Tech/M.Tech in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in bioanalytical research (LC-MS/MS mandatory).
- Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EMA, etc.).
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in instrument handling and method validation.
- Excellent documentation, teamwork, and compliance management skills.
