Natural Plant Protection Ltd (a UPL Group Company) is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join its quality control team. The role involves ensuring product quality through rigorous testing and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Conduct physical, chemical, and biological analyses (HPLC, spectrophotometer, pH meter, etc.).
- Maintain accurate documentation (CoAs, batch records, calibration logs).
- Investigate deviations/non-conformances and report findings.
- Ensure lab safety, hygiene, and waste disposal compliance.

3. Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Agriculture, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of QC experience in pharma/agri-biotech (freshers with strong lab skills may apply).
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in HPLC, Kjeldahl, UV-Vis, microbial techniques.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team under strict quality protocols.
