๐ Key Responsibilities
As a Project Support Specialist, you will:
- Handle and monitor metrics across multiple clinical systems
- Coordinate and support Project Support Staff (PSS) and functional teams
- Ensure audit readiness by improving processes and compliance standards
- Drive process improvement initiatives across departments
- Perform risk assessment and deviation analysis
- Provide end-to-end oversight of study-level activities
- Maintain training compliance (>99%) across functional teams
- Support client meetings, presentations, and KPI reporting
- Lead and manage eTMF activities including:
- Filing and review
- Gap analysis via reports
- Audit preparation
- Collaborate with Global Project Leaders on study plans
๐ Qualifications & Experience
To be eligible for this Project Support Specialist job:
- Bachelorโs degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in clinical research/project support
- Strong expertise in:
- eTMF systems and audit preparation
- Clinical trial documentation and compliance
- Clarity system (forecasting, reconciliation, variance analysis)
- Experience in client coordination and compliance reporting
- Ability to create presentations for CRA/study meetings
