Key Responsibilities โ Clinical Trial Coordinator Role
As a Clinical Trial Coordinator I, you will support end-to-end clinical trial operations. Key duties include:
- Coordinate and manage assigned clinical trial activities as per study task matrix
- Perform internal, investigator, and country-level file reviews and document findings
- Maintain and update eTMF (electronic Trial Master File) to ensure audit readiness
- Support clinical systems such as CTMS, eTMF, and Activate
- Track study documentation, training compliance, and system access
- Manage study trackers including vendor and project activity logs
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting minutes
- Perform administrative support including document processing and reporting
- Analyze study metrics and resolve discrepancies in site documentation
- Coordinate Investigator Site File (ISF) and pharmacy binder distribution
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Clinical Research
Experience:
- 1โ2 years of experience in:
- Clinical trials
- Clinical operations

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations
- Proficiency in clinical systems like CTMS and eTMF
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
