Key Responsibilities
Medical Information Service Delivery
- Respond to medical and safety information queries from healthcare professionals and consumers via phone, email, and web.
- Provide accurate labeled and off-label medical information as per regulatory standards.
- Identify and report:
- Adverse events (AEs)
- Pregnancy cases
- Special situations
- Product complaints
- Ensure timely documentation in inquiry handling systems.
- Draft and customize medical information responses using:
- Approved product labeling
- Scientific literature
- Internal databases
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and data privacy laws.
- Ensure accurate and complete case documentation.
- Support pharmacovigilance activities through proper reporting workflows.
General Duties
- Participate in rotational after-hours support.
- Follow company health, safety, and confidentiality policies.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have one of the following:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD
- BSc / MSc Life Sciences
- Nursing Degree (RN/BSN/MSN)
Experience
- 1โ2 years of experience in:
- Medical Information
- Pharmacovigilance
- Drug Safety
- Healthcare communication
Skills Required
- Strong medical writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of:
- Medical terminology
