Candidates selected for this role will be responsible for operating and maintaining vaccine manufacturing equipment and ensuring compliance with GMP requirements.
Quality Control (Product Testing) Officer / Executive
The position involves product testing, analytical evaluations, method execution, and quality compliance activities related to vaccine manufacturing processes.
Plant Operator (Ampoule / Vial / PFS / Filling & Formulation)
Selected candidates will support production activities, equipment operation, documentation, and manufacturing process compliance.
Roles and Responsibilities
Formulation and Filling
- Operate formulation vessels and filtration units
- Handle autoclaves and vial washing equipment
- Operate dehydrogenation tunnels
- Ensure GMP compliance during production activities
- Monitor critical process parameters
- Maintain product quality and process consistency
Quality Control
- Perform cell-based assays and virus titration
- Conduct RT-PCR and immunochemical assays
- Operate analytical instruments
- Execute ELISA and related testing procedures
- Support vaccine in-process and release testing

Plant Operations
