Roles and Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Packing
• Perform granulation, coating, compression and bottle packing operations.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Follow GMP guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure batch documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards during manufacturing activities.
Quality Control
• Analyze raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
• Perform testing using UV, IR, HPLC, UPLC, GC and LCMS instruments.
• Maintain laboratory documentation and records.
• Follow cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in stability studies and routine laboratory activities.
Required Skills
Manufacturing & Packing
• Knowledge of granulation, coating and compression processes.
• Experience in bottle packing capsule operations.
• Exposure to RMG, FBE, FETTE, autocoaters and track-and-trace systems.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance.
Quality Control
• Experience in analytical testing of pharmaceutical products.
• Knowledge of cGMP and 21 CFR requirements.
• Familiarity with ALCOA++, LIMS and laboratory compliance practices.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, UV, Dissolution, GC and related QC instruments.
