Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Control Roles
• Perform analytical testing using GC, HPLC, UV, Auto Titrators and other QC instruments
• Conduct raw material sampling and handling activities
• Review analytical data and maintain laboratory documentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality standards
• Support investigations related to OOS and deviations
• Coordinate with QA and R&D teams
• Handle method specifications, CAPA implementation and compliance activities
Production Roles
• Execute batch processing and manufacturing activities
• Maintain BMR and production documentation
• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Ensure cGMP compliance during manufacturing operations
• Coordinate with QA, QC and Engineering teams
• Support productivity improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:
• B.Sc Chemistry
• M.Sc Chemistry
• Analytical Chemistry
• Microbiology
• B.Tech Chemical Engineering
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Preference will be given to candidates with API and Pharmaceutical industry experience.
Salary and Benefits
Expected Salary Range:
• Apprenticeship Trainee: ₹1.8 – ₹3.0 LPA
• Officer / Sr. Officer: ₹3.5 – ₹6.5 LPA
• Assistant Manager / Dy. Manager / Sr. Executive: ₹8 – ₹15 LPA
